Love it!
We signed up for ChannelReply a few weeks ago after ReplyManager made the new horrific changes to their service (don't even get me started). Honestly, its the best thing that happened to us.
Zendesk is incredible - blows away the competition and the ChannelReply integration is the icing on the cake. We can handle way more messages now, organization is much better and the automated responses and Macros built in are perfect for us. We get all order info pulled into every ticket and the ChannelReply team is frickin amazing.
Handled all my questions and basically set my account up for me in like 15 minutes. Never lookin back!

Very useful
Extremely useful tool - connected to our Desk.com account and worked perfectly. Importing all eBay and Amazon messages and order information from multiple accounts. Cut down on response time, easy to maintain and manage. Very happy - great team and support!! Recommend to anyone looking for a solution to managing multiple marketplaces and a website and they have a great promo going on with Desk now you can get 3 mo of Desk free.. not sure how long it will last but I was able to get it - sweet deal.

Great Product!
This is a really great product - I use it for my eBay and Amazon store. Set up was easy (they walked me through it) and now all my messages flow freely between my eBay/Amazon and Zendesk account. Great for scaling CS team and making sure all messages are accounted for.
