What were the positives?
Ecommerce Gurus... Thanks to them we are closer to launch in very short time. Always willing to help, modules are as described and shown in demo. Lots of modules to choose from, so that you do not run around different T vendors.

Bad service, I bought prestashop module for ebay but it don't works properly and when I opened ticket it was closed for no reason twice.
They selling unready software. Dont waste your money for it. They wont accept a refund.
The ratings on knowbands are lies. There is many warnings about knowband.
Based on my experience and if you work with them you can beg everything goes all-right, something I fully doubt about it, otherwise you will waste your time and more important your money.
